Our History
Pacific LR Services Inc. (PLR) emerged from the shared vision of Kevin and Mark, two seasoned labour relations experts with a collective experience of two decades. Recognizing a gap in the market, they set out to introduce a model of representation that prioritized solid LR practices with unparalleled service to union and employee association members. Their approach emphasizes fostering mutual respect among employees, unions, and employers, ensuring a harmonious and productive workplace environment.
